Mohsen Ahmadzadeh was born in Mahabad, Iran, in 1996.

He received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, in 2018, and the M.Sc. degree in Electronics from the University of Tehran in 2021. He worked on Efficient Implementation of Attention-based Deep Neural Networks for Natural Language Processing. He also has industrial experience in Deep NLP networks.

Currently, he is working as a PhD research assistant at MICAS research group under the supervision of professor Georges Gielen. His research is about Machine Learning based Circuit Design and, in general, Computer-Aided IC Design using Artificial Intelligence.
