Man Shi was born in Chongqing, China, in 1995.

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated circuit design and Integrated systems from Shandong University, China, and a Master's Degree in Electronics Science and Technology from Tsinghua University, China in 2017 and 2020, respectively. The subject of her master's thesis was Research on Hardware Acceleration of Target Detection Systems Based on Convolutional Neural Networks.
