Valdrin Qunaj was born in Prishtinë, Kosovo, in 1989.

He received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven in 2017. The subject of his master's thesis was power detection for an RF power amplifier operating at 5Ghz.

Currently, he is working as a research assistant at the MICAS laboratories in the area of mm-wave CMOS Power Amplifiers.
