Ryoga obtained B.Sc. degree at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU Eindhoven) in 2023 and M.Sc. degree at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2026. During his bachelor and master, he worked on various disciplines of microelectronics, including analog and RF integrated circuit design, electronic design automation, and neuromorphic computing. During his master thesis as a guest student at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), he developed a fully-integrated frequency reference with a transformer-feedback Colpitts LC oscillator.
He joined MICAS in April 2026 as a double-joint PhD candidate supervised by prof. dr. ir. Georges Gielen at KU Leuven and prof. dr. ir. Pieter Harpe at TU Eindhoven. He is currently working on analog-to-digital converters, exploiting stochastic principles.
