Career overview

Kristof Dens was born in Lommel, Belgium in 1992. He received the M.Sc. In Electronics and Integrated Circuits from KU Leuven in 2015. The title of his Master's thesis was "Design of a distributed laser driver for +10 Gbit/s optical communication".

From 2015 to 2016, he was with ICsense, Leuven, where he developed analog sensor front-ends as an Analog Design Engineer.

From 2017 to 2018, he was with the Poly-Grames Research Center, Montreal, where he worked on high-speed serial communication links and the implementation of radar localization algorithms.

Since August 2018 he has been a Research Assitant at MICAS, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D.
