Career overview

Berke Gungor was born in Izmit, Turkey in 1996.

He received his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Sabanci University, Turkey in 2020. The title of his Master thesis was "122 GHz SiGe BiCMOS High Resolution FMCW RADAR Front-End for Remote Sensing Applications".

Currently, he is a research assistant at MICAS, working towards a PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Patrick Reynaert. His research interests include mm-wave communication systems,  sub-THz circuits and high-speed baseband in deeply scaled CMOS technologies.
