Career overview

Arnaud Van Mieghem was born in Eigenbrakel, Belgium in 1997.

In 2020, he received the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the KU Leuven, Belgium. The subject of his Master thesis was a "Single Step AC-DC converter with Integrated Inductor for Vibrational Energy Harvesting". As part of his M.Sc. he studied one semester at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Currently, he is a research assistant at MICAS where he is working towards a PhD degree on opto-electrical integrated circuits, under guidance of Prof. dr. ir. Filip Tavernier.
