MICAS presenting at ISSCC

MICAS will be present at ISSCC 2023, the top global forum for advances in IC design, with 2 contributions: (1) in the mm-wave & sub-THz for Wireless and Sensing session: "A 4×4 607GHz Harmonic Injection-Locked Receiver Array Achieving 4.4pW/√Hz NEP in 28nm CMOS" by Ariane De Vroede and Patrick Reynaert; and (2) in the Intelligent Biomedical Circuits and Systems: "A 384-Channel Online-Spike-Sorting IC Using Unsupervised Geo-OSort Clustering and Achieving 0.0013mm2/Ch and 1.78µw/ch" by Y.
