HUNBN, a CNN Accelerator using DIMC Technique

What

Digital in memory compute (DIMC) has shown great potential for AI tasks recently. Most published DIMC macros are very small macros with very high energy efficiency. We use the DIMC in place of weight SRAM completely and perform convolution close to the DIMC macros. Up to now, it is one of the first system level DIMC design.
